2024 Athletic Hall of Fame Nominations Open

Glen Oaks Community College has opened the nomination process to select 2024 Athletic Hall of Fame inductees. 

The purpose of the GOCC Athletic Hall of Fame is to recognize members of the Viking community for outstanding achievement as an athlete, coach, team, administrator/staff, or contributor to sport. These individuals have brought distinction to themselves and Glen Oaks through their achievement, commitment, sportsmanship and leadership in athletics. 

Coaches are eligible following the completion of their coaching career. Athletes are eligible 10 years after the completion of their time competing at Glen Oaks. Administrators and staff (former or current) are eligible at any time.

The deadline for submissions is March 31. 

The event will begin at 10:30 a.m. on April 28 as part of the annual All-Athlete Awards banquet which will include a brunch on the grand concourse for the athletes, coaches, and award recipients

All GOCC Hall of Fame members are invited to attend.
